Dear Friend & Partner,

My daughter, Holly, always writes a letter and hides it in my suitcase for me on every out-of-town trip. Since I travel almost every week, these letters are priceless gifts of love. Last week she wrote:

Dear Daddy,

I love you very, very much.
I even love you more than that!

Please take this letter with you on your trip so you can remember me when you are gone! Thank you.

We will be praying for you!
I am going to miss you!

I love you!!!!

I miss you every time you are gone on a trip.

Every time I read my daughter's letter on my trip, I feel Holly's loving, caring, forgiving, kind, tender and sensitive spirit. Her words communicate such love towards me, her father, that it makes me feel like a billion dollars!

As I read, I am compelled to give thanks to our heavenly Father who created Holly in His perfect image. It reminds me how much God loves to hear me voice my love, praise and thankfulness to Him. I know He feels the same way about me as I feel about my daughter.

Even though Holly's hearing has not been completely healed yet here on earth, it does not stop her from communicating her love. As a part of the JESUS Film Harvest Partner ministry, the love of God for His creation is shown every day when the story of His Son, Jesus, is shared through the JESUS Film.

I thank God daily for the hundreds of people who hear about Jesus every day because of your generous giving and prayer support. Together we make it possible to tell the true story of love around the world. Holly loves me as her earthly daddy, but how much more she loves her heavenly Father. Her depth and understanding of love comes alive when she prays to Jesus just like it does in the trip letters she writes to me.

As Holly sends a letter with me to be remembered, our Abba Father (Daddy) also wants to be remembered. If you have not communicated your love to your Heavenly Father today, I urge you to please take the time to do as my daughter, Holly, does with her earthly father. God will be as pleased with you as I am with Holly.
