Shackled For Over 10 Years
A Life of Seizures
With No Medical Assistance

The tired young mother pulled at our sleeves, begging us to come to her barn on the other side of the village. We had set up in front of the local Hindu temple and presented the story of Jesus. Many had accepted Jesus and now this lady continued to tug at us.
When we arrived at the barn we found a petite young girl. She had been shackled for over 10 years. At the age of 4 after experiencing seizures with no medication or assistance available, her condition worsened. She often ran away while her mother was working. Her father had abandoned the three daughters and mother. It was the only thing the mother knew to do. She did not have the $25.00 per month necessary to place her in a special home in the big city.
Tears flowed as one of our team members placed the key in the rusty padlock. Moments later we lifted her on to a chair. Prayers of deliverance and peace poured forth for this helpless girl and her mother. Chains fell free that day—both physical and spiritual. One couple in the team agreed to pay the $25.00 per month for her care for the rest of her life.
The message of Jesus continues to bring light in a very dark world through people like you and me. The JESUS Film ministry continues to make a difference in people’s lives around the world. Join me in praying for all the young girls tied by chains either physical or spiritual.
