Dear Friends and Partners,

You are generous people! Last month I sent you a "Haiti Alert" and you responded by donating thirty generators, two sets of JESUS Film equipment and other needed items for Haiti. Thank you. These items have been shipped by container and should arrive soon. Your generosity and faithfulness are a wonderful example of God’s army working in concert to be the hands and feet of Jesus!

Today I want to share something that we see happen over and over when people around the world invite Jesus into their hearts. I call it the “Spill Over Effect.”

On a trip to Bangladesh, Ron and I met with a group of people in an unreached village in a remote part of the country. This village had seen the JESUS Film and most of the village had accepted Jesus. This was the first time to have people with white skin visit their village and so this was a big event as the whole town gathered in the village square to meet these strange looking people.

There was much joy. They welcomed us as if we were royalty. It was amazing. As we sat on small wooden benches, we noticed that they had swept the dirt so that it looked clean and very neat. I was surrounded by parents who had accepted Jesus. They could neither read nor write, but had been hearing the Word of God read by others. During our “town meeting” they started asking many questions.

Then I saw it--the “spill over effect” or secondary impact. They now wanted things better for their children. With their change of heart came a desire for schools to educate their children so that their offspring could read the Bible. They also wanted a well so that their children could have safe, clean, drinkable water.

The normal progression once someone has invited Jesus into their lives is to impact all areas of their life. Christ changes the whole person, family, village, and country so all are impacted for good. They want to follow His teachings, not to become wealthy, but to upgrade and better their living conditions for their families and those around them.

This is why I call it the “Spill Over Effect.” Jesus in the heart impacts the whole person’s life, the whole family and the whole village. We can help reach some of the 458 unreached people groups of over 50,000 in population that have not heard about Jesus.

Our greatest need today is to provide more JESUS Film teams to reach more unreached villages which in turn will impact the whole family and country in the “spill over effect”!

If you would sponsor a new or additional team for $15,000 per year giving $1250 per month (the average team will share JESUS with over 45,000 people each year resulting in about 5,000 decisions for Christ) or part of a team at any dollar amount, we could help reach some of the additional 458 unreached people groups around the globe.

According to God’s Word, our time is limited and we want to share Jesus with as many people as we can as soon as we can.
