I had gone out with my friends for a drink. As we relaxed and took our drinks we noticed quite a number of people heading to the Primary school’s grounds. At first we thought it was a political meeting but out of curiosity we decided to venture deeper so as to know what was happening and found that it was a Christian meeting. We saw film equipment being mounted and we decided to stay, what a better way to spend a day than watching a movie! We watched the JESUS Film and it was very touching. I realized that without knowledge I have been living an unworthy life, and that Christ died on the cross for my sinful ways. When an alter call was made I went to the front and immediately accepted Christ as my personal savior. Within a span of days my friends also got saved and now we are winning more of our friends to Christ.

The Lord worked a miracle in the lives of the Gonzalez family. Jose, a member of the local church, went to his neighbor's home to help his neighbor with some errands. Upon arriving his neighbor asked him about Jesus. Mr. Gonzales breaks horses for a living and was known as a very crude, coarse person. He was an alcoholic and his drinking had caused serious family trouble. Jose began to share his personal testimony and encouraged his neighbor to pray the prayer of faith to receive Christ into his heart. Mr. Gonzalez received Jesus as his Savior and Lord of his life at that time. Jose invited Mr. Gonzales to see the JESUS Film at his house that afternoon. Mr. Gonzales came with all his family--four children and his wife who was expecting twins. The wife and two teenage sons received Jesus as their savior that very afternoon. Now all the family attends church, not missing one service. God is doing a wonderful work in them.

We give God thanks for his grace and mercy over all who come to him. Following a recent JESUS Film Showing, a man whose wife is a Christian came forward to make a profession of faith. She had been praying for a long time that he would give his life to the Lord and that there would be peace in their home. The pastor tells us that this man had been invited to many special services in the chruch, but he never came until he decided to see the JESUS Film. That night he accepted Jesus as his Savior with tears in his eyes and repentance in his heart. When he came forward everyone applauded in celebration because their prayers were answered. How much greater is the celebration in heaven over a sinner who repents. God lives and works everyday through the JESUS Film.

I came to Jesus through the JESUS Film. My mother had told me about Jesus, but I had never given him much thought until our pastor visited and invited us to watch the JESUS Film. After watching it my heart was touched. I decided that my life must have a meaning. I gave up my past and received Jesus in my life. I thank God for changing my life through the JESUS Film Ministry. I know he can make the same changes in other peoples lives. I pray for my family who do not know God yet, and I pray that God will give me wisdom to be a good mother.

When I watched the JESUS Film I realized that Jesus truly came to be crucified on the wooden cross so that people would be redeemed from their sins and receive salvation. Other religions say that there is God, but none of them provide for redemption. Through the JESUS Film I learned that Jesus himself gave His life and opened the way towards redemption. I find this wonderful. Now I believe in Jesus and have decided to live in the way He has shown me. I promise to follow Jesus. I request you to please pray for me so that I am able to gain more knowledge and information about Jesus.

We visited a village along Lakeshore where we found many business people. Most of them are fishermen, and they were excited to see Jesus fishing with his disciples. After watching the JESUS Film, many people gave their lives to Jesus and asked him to be the controller of their lives. One of the new believers testified that Jesus’ love for mankind is unconditional. He said, "I was the worst among the sinners, but was accepted into the family of God." Praise be to God that he is completely changed and has since joined the church with his family.

I want to tell you about Sandra, who is new to the church. She is a 38 year old single mother with three children. She was out of work, with an unwanted pregnancy, and in poor health. She had decided to have an abortion when when a local pastor came to visit her. He offered to bring the JESUS Film to her home, because she didn't want to go out. She saw the JESUS Film in the comfort of her own home and invited Christ into her heart. Her healthy son was recently born. She regrets having wanted to end the pregnancy, but Jesus saves and protects. She is now one of the leaders of the neighborhood church where she attends with all of her family.

I have great hope in Jesus and therefore I went to see the JESUS Film. In my home my son was sick with fever. While watching the film I was worrying in my heart about my son. In the film I saw the many miracles performed by Jesus. I prayed in my heart and requested that Jesus heal my son. A true miracle took place as a result. When I returned home after watching the film, I saw my son was playing. It is really true that we need God’s grace in our lives and we need to believe in Him. I give thanks to Jesus Christ. One cloudy evening, we went to a beautiful scenic area for a JESUS Film showing. There was a man present who was living very bad life and who was rejected by the people. After the film he came for prayers and confessed that he was in the clutch of devil. We explained to him about the love of Jesus. He asked “Can I live a good life, if I accept Christ?” We answered from the Bible that if he really accepts wholeheartedly then Jesus will change him, and he did. Now he receives us happily each time we visit that area and you see the change in him. At a house prayer meeting he confessed with tears that Jesus gave him freedom and changed his life. There are many impacted by his witness. We can see that people have started to accept him. We see a great harvest in this area. Please keep us in your prayers.

I have walked in sin for a long time. I was a woman who didn’t forgive people when they hurt me. I just avoided these people. But when I saw Jesus teaching the people to forgive those who persecute them, I was touched and felt the compassion to forgive all the people who have hurt me. Even when the show was ending and Jesus said, “Father, forgive them..." After all they did to Him, I made a decision to be born again. I felt redeemed from my burden and my prayer is that Jesus will help me to continue having a forgiving heart, just as He has.

I am 14 years old. I have been paralyzed since I was two. My father and mother were very disappointed because they tried many doctors to heal me. Some servants of God came to visit my family.
