Field Services Coordinator (Full-Time Position)

This position manages and facilitates the field operations of JESUS Film Harvest Partners. Responsibilities include communicating with Regional JESUS Film Coordinators, processing reports and testimonies in field administrative system, administrate allocation and appropriation of funds, facilitate statistics and stories for development team, manage field equipment and discipleship materials, and updating/creating of reports.

 

It is a full-time on-site position in the Olathe, Kansas office, M-F 8-5pm.

 

Attention to detail and accuracy are imperative.  A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

 

Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree. Priority consideration given to bilingual applicants (Spanish/English).

 

The candidates must share the organization’s conservative Christian values.

Administrative Assistant Position (Part-Time)

This position will provide administrative support across multiple areas within the ministry. Tasks include answering phones, data entry, facilitation of partner communications, and other support functions. The position is 25 hours/week, on-site in the Olathe, Kansas office.

Preference given to candidates who possess an associate’s degree and a minimum of two years’ relevant administrative experience. The position requires a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
