May - Week 1

  • From Uganda Team #3: “Pray for our team to accomplish our set goals. Pray for our churches to become strong and stable.”
  • Pray for provision for those lacking food and educational opportunities.
  • Pray that a nation with such a high proportion of Christians and a high proportion of children might produce a generation that truly knows and loves the Lord.

May - Week 2

  • Pray for the church to commit itself to true discipleship rooted in the truths of the Bible.
  • Pray that pastors and leaders will demonstrate Christ-like humility and disciple new believers in truth and love.
  • Pray for compassion to be lavished on numbers of children at risk in the streets of Guatemala.
Testimony from Uganda Team #4
“Kakuru was a young man who wanted to give his life to Christ. Since he was a teenager, he lived a life of promiscuity and darkness. When we showed the JESUS film in his market, he decided to change his life. We led him in a prayer where he confessed, repented, and asked God for forgiveness. That day, Kakuru made the decision to accept Christ into his heart.”

May - Week 3

  • Pray for the gospel to penetrate areas of the nation where extremist religion is present.
  • Pray for the JESUS Film Teams and other Christians to seize evangelistic opportunities among the foreigners flowing into the country.
  • Pray that the Church clearly teaches the truths of Jesus and leads people towards Him.

May - Week 4

  • Colombia Team #10 requests prayer: “For greater spiritual strength and richness, to break free from stagnation, and for good health.”
  • Pray for Christ’s peace to replace fear amid ongoing tension and violence.
  • Pray for JESUS Film Teams and the larger Church to love their neighbors – including the millions of neighboring Venezuelans who find themselves in desperate need.
