Will you pray with us this September?

“The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth.”

September - Week 1

Prayer Points

  • Pray that JESUS Film Teams will embrace their identity in Christ and proclaim the gospel without shame or fear of persecution. Ask for the light of Christ to shine brightly through them, so that many, including their persecutors, may come to know Him as their Savior.
  • Pray for God to impact the hearts and lives of leaders in nations where persecution occurs. Ask that any laws meant to hinder evangelism, discipleship, church planting, or the rights of Christians will be turned down.

September - Week 2

Prayer Points

  • Pray for the local churches to remain strong in the faith and be witnesses to God’s glory.
  • Pray for JESUS Film Teams to help break the chains of spirit worship and occult practices in the country.
  • From Thailand Team #8: “Pray for our team as we are serving at a refugee camp. There are nearly 100,000 people here due to civil war in nearby countries.”

“We started a new outreach in a village where very few people had heard about Jesus Christ. On the first day, we give thanks that 17 children eagerly joined the activities and received the Good News for the very first time! Pray with us that more children will have the opportunity to hear the Gospel along with their parents.”

September - Week 3

Prayer Points

  • From Philippines Team #18: Pray for a spirit of unity among our team members. Ask God to foster collaboration and understanding as we work together to fulfill our mission.”
  • Pray for organizations that promote biblical standards among Christian public servants.
  • Pray for physical and spiritual provision for the impoverished.

September - Week 4

Prayer Points

  • Pray for JESUS Film Teams to promote strong discipleship rooted in Scripture, protecting people from false teachings.
  • Papua New Guinea Team #1 prays: “That the Lord will continue to work through our church and that we may better reach the lost in our village.”
  • Pray for the completion of Bible translations in all 800+ languages of the region.
