Administrative Assistant (FULL-TIME)

Responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and organizational support across multiple areas within the ministry
  • Tasks include donor communications, data entry, report preparation, research, and other support functions

Location: On-site in the Olathe, Kansas office.


Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 to 5:00 (Central); 40 hours per week


Qualifications:

  • Preference given to candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field and a minimum of two years’ relevant administrative experience.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Candidates must share the organization’s conservative Christian values.

Communications Coordinator (FULL-TIME)

Responsible for:

  • Providing leadership in the development of written communications for new and existing ministry audiences
  • Tasks include written content and messaging for written pieces (including newsletters, thank you letters, special reports, scheduled emails, and other publications or correspondence) development of a yearly content schedule, and collaborating to ensure consistency in messaging and management of branding in all communications across all platforms

 

Location: On-site in the Olathe, Kansas office.

 

Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 to 5:00 (Central); 40 hours per week

  • Preference given to candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field and a minimum of two years’ relevant professional experience
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
